Answer :
meri rai yh hai k kisi musalman k liye apni choti baachi ko aisa libaas pehnana gair munasib hai Qk agar woh bachpan mai aisa libaas pehanny ki aadi hugae to bari hu ker issi ki dildadah rahegi. mai apni musalman behnu ko nasihet karonga k woh islam k dushmano ka libaas tark ker dey. apni bachiyon ko pura badan dhanmpny waly libaas aur sharam-o-haya ka aadi banayen, is liye k haya emaan ka hissa hai.

DASTANY PEHANNY KA HUKAM

Question :
1 Kia ghar sy bahir jaty wqt satar k paish nazar jurabain ya dastany pehanna jaiz hai ya bidat? naiz kia kisi ajnabi admi ka zeenat k bagair orat k hatho ko dekhna haram hai?
2 kia miaan bivi mai sy kisi aik ko yh haq hasil hai k woh kisi qabil qabool sharai uzar k bagair dosry ko arsa daraz tak is ka fitri haq pura kerny sy mana kery?
Answer :
1 orat k liye aisa libas pehanna wajib hai jo is k badan aur satar ko dhanmp saky, khas tour per gali bazaar jaty wqt orat ka ba perdah hona zarori hai. jurabain aur dastany pehanna bhi issi zaman mai ata hai. is sy maqsood yh hota hai k orat k jism ka koi aisa hissa nazar na aany paye jo k fitna-o-fasaad ka baees hu. bawqt zarorat hatho ko nanga rakhna jaiz hai bashart yh k woh zaiwrat ya mehandi wagaira sy muzeen-o-arasta na houn. wesy logo k hath to kisi emtiyaz k bagair aik dosry sy milty julty hi hoty hain.

Lekin taweel arsa tak jinsi amal chor daina najaiz hai. yaqenan yh orat ka haq hai k is ki jinsi zarorat puri ki jaye aur orat ziadah sy zaidah 4 maah sabar ker sakti hai is liye miaan bivi ko aik dosry ki agbat ka lehaz kerna chaheye. agar jinsi khuwaish ka izhar orat ki tarf sy hu to mard ko chaheye k hasb-e-qudrat-o-taqat is sy muwafqat kary aur mushakkat ki sorat mai aitraz bhi ker sakta hai. issi tarha orat ko bhi adam zarer ki shart k sath hasbe adat-o-mamol khawand ki khuwish ka ehtram kerna chaheye.

SHOUKH RANG: SAFAID, ZARD WAGAIRA AUR CHOTA LIBAS
Question :
(Alif) khalis safaid, zard aur surkh rang ka shoukh libas pehanny ka, jab k woh pury badan ko dhanmpra hu, kia hukam hai?
(Bay) itna chota libaas pehanna k jis sy paon bhi nangey rahen sharan kia hukam rakhta hai?
Answer :
Orat k liye kisi bhi rang ka libas pehanna jaiz hai, haan rang aur andaz jo mardo k sath makhsos hu orat nahi pehan sakti Qk aik dosry ki mushabehet apnany waly mard aur ortain maloun qarar diye gaye hain.
Orat k liye aisa libas zaib tan kerna zarori hai jo is k tamam badan ko dhanmp saky. agar woh gair mardo k pass hu to is k liye badan ka koi hissa khula rakhna jaiz nahi hai. na chehra na hath aur na paon. haan bawqt zarorat jism ka koi hissa khul jaye, Maslan: koi cheez pakerty ya pakraty wqt to is sorat mai koi harj nahi hai. orat itna tang libas bhi nahi pahen sakti jis sy is k jism k khadokhal aur nasheb-o-faraz numayaa houn, Maslan: kandhhey, pasliyan, sar tan ya pistano ka hujam wagaira. bacho ko khullau libas ka adhi banana chaheye. kam sani mai beti jis cheez ki aadi hujayegi bari hu ker issy hi apnaye gi aur is adat ka chorna is k liye mushkil hoga. khawateen ka libaas kabhi aisa hota hai k woh in k tamam muhasan ko numaya kerta rehta hai, woh issi libass mai gair mardo k samnya aati hain jis sy kai tarha k fitney ya in k asbab janam laity hain. bawqt zarorat orat apny ghar k ander mehram mardo ki majodgi mai aisa mukhtasir libass pehan sakti hai. jis mai gardan, pindali ya bazo zahir hu rahy houn, jaisa k gharelo kaam kaaj kerty huway aisa hujata hai.

ORAT K LIYE TANG AUR SAFAID LIBAAS PEHANNA

Question :
Kia orat tang aur safaid libas pehan sakti hai?
Answer :
Orat ka gair madon k samny shahraon ya marketo mai aisa tang libaas zaib tan ker k jana, jo dekhny walo k liye jism k nashib-o-faraz ki akasi ker raha hu, mana hai Qk aisa libaas nangy pan k mutradif aur fitna angaiz hai. Aisa libaas shar angaizi ka baees banta hai. agar kisi elaqey mai safaid libas mardo ki alamat aur sha'ar hu to is sorat mai orton k liye safaid libaas pehan'na mardo k sath mushabihet ki wajah sy mana hoga. NAbi (S.A.W) ny mardo sy mushabihet ikhteyar kerny wali orton per la'anat farmai hai.
Hazrat Abu hurerah R.A. ki ravayat mai hai :

"Rasool Allah (S.A.W) ny orat jaisa libaas pehan'ny waly mard aur mard jaisa libaas pehan'ny wali orat per la'anat ki hai." [sanan abi daud' hadis: 4098.]
werna mehaz safaid libaas pehanny mai koi harj nahi.

ZAIB TAN KAPRO KA HISAAB

Question :
Kia yh darust hai k qayamat k din k zaib tan kapro ka insan sy hisaab lia jayega?
Answer :
Haan admi sy is k maal k muta'aliq sawaal kia jayega k is ny woh kahan sy kamaya aur kahan kherch kia? jaisa k hadis shareef mai aya hai.
Hazrat Abu Burzah Aslama R.A. ki ravayat mai hai k Rasool Allah ny irshad farmaya: "qayamat waly din kisi bandy k qadam apni jagah sy mil na saken gey hatta k is sy poch lia jaye (bata to ny) apni umer kin kamo mai guzari? apny ilm k mutabiq amal kitna kia? to ny maal kaha sy kamaya aur kahan kherch kia? aur apni jawani kahan basar ki ?" [Jamia at'tramzi' hadis:2417.]
