Kya Jashn-e-Milad un Nabi manana jaiz hai (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) ? ? ?

Kya Jashn-e-Milad un Nabi manana jaiz hai (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) ? ? ?

ALLAH aur Rasool s.a.w. ne kya hame nahi bataya k kaun kaun si eid hain islam me? Kya hame lagta hai k hamare pyare nabi ne hum se koi Neki ka kam chupaya hai? nauz billah aisa sonchna bhi gunha hai…. kya ham apne app ko ALLAH aur Rasool s.a.w. se bada mante hai, jo diL ne chaha wo karenge…??

Kisi bhi Sahi Ahadees se Eid Milad Un Nabi saabit nahi hai.ye teesri eid Bidat hai aur Bidat seedhi JAHANNUM Lejati hai.

milaad manana jaiz nahin hai kiun k hamre sahaba main se kisi ne nahin manaya.

Jo jo kehta hai kh eid-milad-un-nabi manana jaiz hai to Un logo se guzarish hai ke woh is baat ko quran-o-hadees ki roshni mai saabit karde.

I agree ke Aap Mohammad (SAW) se mohammad ka izhaar karna chahiye, har musalmaan ko karna chahiye, is mein koi shak nahi hona chahiye, or kasrat se darood-o-salam parhna chahiye, magar kia yeh mohabat ka tareeka sahi hein kay ROAD BLOCKS KAR KAY, LOUD SPEAKERS PAR MUSIC KAY SAATH NAATAY PARHI JAI YA SHIRKIYA KALMAT GAAYE JAI? DANCE KIA JAI?, ROAD PAR JALOOS NIKALTAY HEIN OR ZUBAAN PAR EK DOOSRAY SE HASI MAZAAK GALIYA SUB TARHA KI BATAY? AISA TO NAHI HONA CHAHIYE, IS PAR ROSHNI DALIYE, AISA DIN GUZARNAY SE BEHTAR HEIN KE IS TARHA KHUSHI NA MANAYEE JAI, APNAY APNAY GHARON MEIN BAITH KAR KASRAT SE DAROOD PARHA JAI, JALOOS NIKALNA, HOSPITAL KAY TAMAM RASTON KO BLOCK KAR DENA KAY KOI HOSPITAL NA POHONCH SAKAY, OR MAREEZ RAASTAY HI MEIN DUM TOR DEY, YEH HAMARAY NABI (SAW) KI TALEEMAT NAHI HEIN, NABI (SAW) KI SUNNAT PAR AMAL KAR KE HI UN KO RAZEE KAR SAKTAY HEIN, WOH HUM KARTAY NAHI AUR NA KARNAY KO KEHTAY HEIN, HAAN JALOOS BARA HONA CHAHIYE, SPEAKER ZORDAR HONAY CHAHIYE, ETC ETC. AISI KHUSHI MANA KIS KAAM KI?
Note: Durud padhne k liye bhi koi khas din mukarrar na ki jaye siwae agar wo saabit ho balki jitna zyada ho sake padha jaye, agar mumkin ho to roz padha jaye, zyada se zyada tadad me padha jaye.

Khushi to uske liye hai jo Allah aur uske Pyare Nabi Salalahu alayhi wassalam ki ita’at kare aap se sahi muhabbat kare . aap ka paiygam pure aalam mein pohchae. –

Aap saw se mohabbat ka taqaza Yeh hai k Unki taleemaat ko follow kia jae…sahih adadith me kahi melad manany ka hukum nahi dia gaya … zaeef ahadith kabhi bhi proof nhi ho sktein ..zaeef ahadees ko proof banaty hue ALLAH se darie ….

ALLAH SWT hume Nabi S.A.W ki sunnato per chalne ki aur Bidat jaisi gumrahi se bachne ki tofeeq ata farmaye.Ameeeen

SADQA-E-FITR KA BAYAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1.Sadqa e fitr farj hai

2.sadqa e fitr ka maqsad roze ki halat me sarjad hone wale gunaho se khud ko
paak karta hai

3.sadqa e fitr namaz eid se pahle ada karna chahiye warna aam sadqa shumar
hoga

4.sadqa e fitr ke musthik wohi log hai jo zakat ke mustahik hai

>hazarat ibne abbas rz. se riwayat hai ke rasulullah sallalaho alaihi
wassalam ne farmaya sadqa e fitr,roze daar ko behayahi aur fahash bato se
paak karne ke liye niz  mohtazo ke khane ka intjam karne ke liye farz kiya
hai.jis ne namaz eid se pahle ada kiya is ka sadqa fitr ada hoga aur jis ne
eid ke baad ada kiya is ka sadqa aam sadqa shumar hoga.

(SUNAN IBNE MAZAH-1480)

5.sadqa e fitr ki miqdar ek saa hai, jo pone tin sair ya dhai(2.5) killo
garam ke barar hai.

6.sadqa e fitr har muslaman gulam ho aazad , mard ho ya aurat,chhota hoya
bara,rozedar ho ya gair rozedar,sahibe nisab ho ya na ho,sab par farz hai.

>Hazarat ibne umar rz. se riwayat hai ke rasulullah sallalaho alaihi
wassalam ne razman ka sadqa e fitr ek saa khajur ya eksaa
jao,gulam,azad,mard,aurat,chhote bare har musalman par farz kiya hai.

WAZAHAT: jis sakhash ke paas ek din raat ki khorak mayassar na ho woh sadqa
ada karne se mutshana hai.

7.sadqa e fitr galle ki surat me daina chahiye

8.Gehu,chawal,khajur,munaqa ya panir maise jo chiz jayada istemal ho wahi
deni chahiye.

>Hazarat abu saeed rz. farmate hai ke ham sadqa fitr ek saa galla ya ek saa
jau ya ek saa khajur ya ek saa munaqa diya karte the.

9.sadqa e fitr ada karne ka waqt aakhari roza iftar karne ke baad shuru hota
hai lekin Eid ke ek do din pahle ada kiya ja sakta hai.

10.sadqa e fitr ghar ke sarparst ko ghar ke tamam afrad bivi,bachche aur
mulajimo ki taraf se ada karna chahiye.

SADQA-E-FITR DENE KA MAQSAD NABI (SAW) NE KYA BATAYE HAI ??

Hazrta ibne abbas (r.a) se riwayat hai ke rasool allah sallahu alaiwasallam ne sadqa e fitr roze dar ko behudgi aur fahesh bato se paak karne ke liye aur mohtajo ke khane ka intezam karne ke liye farz kiya hai jisne namaz e Eid se phele ada kiya uska sadqa e fitr ada ho gaya aur jisne namaz ke badh ada kiya uska sadqa e fitr Aam sadqa shumar hoga

((IBNE MAJAH : 1480))

▶Hame koshish karke Eid ki namaz ke phele hee dena chahiye warna Aam sadqa hoga wo aur jo sadqa farz hai wo rahe jaega

Hadees:
Abdullah bin Umar Raziallahu Anhu se rivayat hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne azad Gulaam, Mard, Aurat aur her chotey barey Musalman per 1 Saa khajoor ya 1 Saa Jo' bator Sadqa Fitr ada kerna Farz kia hai aur ise logo ke Namaz-e-Eid ke lye nikalne se qabal adaa kerne ka hukm dya.

(Sahih Bukhari, H#1503)

* (1 Saa) 2.5kg banta hai.

* Maujudah dor main Aata, makai, chawal istimal hotey hai, lihaza in mein se Sadqa fitr ada kia ja sakta hai.

NAMAZ E EDAIN KE MASAIL

EID K DIN GUSAL KARNA, KHUSHBU LAGANA AUR MISWAAK KARNA MUSTAHAB HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Beshak Allah ta'ala ne us rooz (juma) ko musalmano k liye eid ka din banaya hai lihaza jo shaks juma k liye aye use chahiye k gusal kare agar shushbu mayassar ho to wo lagaye aur miswaak bhi kare". (Ibne Maja Abwab Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1: 901)

EID K DIN ACCHE KAPDE PEHANNA MUSTAHAB HAI

Hazrat ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid k rooz surkh dhariyo wali chadar pehna karte they. (Tabraani, Silsila Ahadees E Sahiya Hadees no. 1279)

EID UL FITR KI NAMAZ K LIYE JANE SE PEHLE KOI MEETHI CHEEZ KHANA SUNNAT HAI

Hazrat Anas bin Maalik Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr k din khajoorey khaye bagair eid-gaah ki taraf nahi jaate they aur Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khajoorey taaq khate they. (Sahih Bukhari Abwabul Eidain Hadees no. 1: 447)

EID UL AZHA K ROOZ APNI QURBAANI KA GOOSHT PAKA KAR KHANA AUR US SE PEHLE KOI CHEEZ NA KHANA MUSTAHAB HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Buraidah apne baap Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat karte hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr k rooz khaye bagair ghar se nahi nikalte they aur eid ul azha k rooz namaz (eid) se pehle koi cheez tanawul na farmate they. (Sahih Sunan Tirmizi Hadees no. 447)

NAMAZ E EID BASTI SE BAHAR KHULEY MAIDAAN MEIN PADHNA SUNNAT HAI
NAMAZ E EID K LIYE KHAWATEEN KO BHI EID-GAAH MEIN JANA CHAHIYE

Hazrat Ummey Ateeya Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya k "Dono eido k din hum haiz wali aur parda nasheen (yaani tamaam) aurato ko eid-gaah mein laye takey wo musalmano k saath namaz aur dua mein shirkat kare albatta haiz wali auratey namaz na padhey". (Al loo loo wal Marjaan Hadees no. 511)

NAMAZ E EID K LIYE PAIDAL JANA AUR WAPAS AANA SUNNAT HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid-gaah paidal jaate aur paidal hi wapas tashreef late. (Sahih Sunan ibne Maja Hadees no. 1071)

EID-GAAH JATE HUE BA'KASRAT TAKBEEREY KEHNA SUNNAT HAI
EID UL FITR MEIN IMAM K KHUTBEY K LIYE MIMBAR PAR BAITHNE TAK TAKBEEREY KEHTE REHNA CHAHIYE

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu eid k din subah subah nikalte hi eid-gaah tashreef le jate aur eid-gaah tak takbeerey kehte jate, phir eid-gaah mein bhi takbeerey kehte rehte yaha tak k jab imam (khutbey k liye mimbar par) baith jata to takbeerey padhna chood dete. (Shafee Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 442)

EID UL AZHA K MOUKEY PAR TASHREEQ K TAMAAM DINO MEIN KASRAT SE TAKBEEREY KEHNI CHAHIYE

Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu tashreek k tamaam dino mein namazo k baad apne bistar par, apne khaimey mein, apni majlis mein aur jalte phirte takbeerey kaha karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain)

MASONOON TAKBEER K ALFAAZ DARJ ZAIL HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Razi Allahu Anhu ayyam e tashreeq (11,12,13 zill hijjah) mein ye takbeer padha karte they "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR WA LILLAHIL HAMD". (Musannaf ibne Abi Shaiba, Gulayl Hadees no. 3: 125)

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ TAKHEER SE PADHNA PASANDEEDAH HAI
EID UL FITR KI NAMAZ KA WAQT ISHRAAQ KI NAMAZ KA WAQT HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Basr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k wo khud eid ul fitr ya eid ul azha ki namaz k liye loogo k sath eid-gaah rawana hue to imam k dair karne par napasandeedgi ka izhaar kiya aur famaya: "Hum loog to us waqt namaz padh kar fariq bhi ho jaya karte they aur wo ishraaq ka waqt tha". (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1005)

EID UL AZHA KI NAMAZ JALD AUR EID UL FITR KI NAMAZ NISBATAN DAIR SE PADHNA MASNOON HAI

EID-UL-ADHA FAZAIL WA MASAIL ( PART-4)

EID-UL-ADHA-- FAZAIL WA MASAIL: (PART-4)

MAYYIT KI TARAF SE QUR'BANI:

Ek sahaba se riwayat hai, wah kahte hain ke maine hz ali (ra) ko dekha wah  do dumbe zibah karte they, maine kaha :-" ye kya hai ( yani tum do dumbe zibah karte ho ) ?"

toh unhone kaha:-" nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne mujhe farmaya ke main unki taraf se qurbani karun toh maine unki taraf se bhi qurbani karta hun "

(abu dawood jild 1 pg 29, tirmizi pg 180)

imam tirmizi ne ye riwayat ba'alfaz deegar apni sunan me pesh ki aur saath ye bhi likhe hain

" ye hadith ghareeb hai, isko ham nahin jaante magar shareek ki hadith se aur baaz ahle ilm ne rukhsat di hai ke qurbani ki jaaye mayyid ki taraf se, aur baaz ne nahin rukhsat di"

, aur hz abdullah bin mubarak kahte hain :-" ke meri taraf ye ziyadah mahboob hai ke mayyit ki taraf se sadqah kiya jaaye aur qur'bani na kiya jaaye, agarQurbani ki jaaye toh usse kuch na khaaye, tamaam ka tamam sadqah kar diya jaaye, "

SAARE GHARWAALON KI TARAF SE EK JANWAR KAAFI HAI:

Is hadith ke mutaallik hadith me hai,

hz ata bin yasaar riwayat karte hain ke maine hz abu ayyub ansari (ra) se poocha :-" ke tum nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke zamana me kaise qur'baaniyan karte they ?"
toh kaha ke:-" ek admi qurbani karta tha ek bakri ki apni taraf se aur apne ahle khaana ki taraf se wah khud isme se khaate aur auron ko bhi khilaate "

(tirmizi jild 1 pg 217, miftah al haja pg 234)

OONT AUR GAAYE ME HISSE:

Gaaye me 7 aur oont me 10 aadmi hisse'daar ban sakte hain, jaise ke hadith me hai,

hz ibn abbas (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" ham nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saath safar me they, eid ul adha aa gayi, toh ham gaaye me 7 aur oont me 10  Hisse'daar bane "

( tirmizi pag 217, nisai jild 2 pg 204, miftah al hajah 233)

QUR'BANI KA WAQT:

Qur'bani eid ki namaz padhkar karni chahiye, agar kisi ne eid ki namaz se pahle qurbani ki toh qurbani shumar na hogi, balke usko us jagah dusra janwar qurbaani karna padega, jaisa ke hadith me hai,

hz jundub bin sufyan bajli (ra) bayan karte hain ke main nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke paas eid ul adha ke din haazir hua, aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" jisne (qurbani ka janwar ) eid ki namaz se pahle zibah kiya, pas usko chahiye ke wah uski jagah dusra jaanwar zibah kare aur jisne zibah nahin kiya wah (ab eid ki namaz ke baad ) zibah kare "

(mutawaffiq allaih )

ZIBAAH APNE HAATH SE KARNA:

Qurbani ka janwar apne hath se zibah kiya jaaye toh bahtar hai, kyonke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) qurbani ka jaanwar khud apne haath mubarak Se zibah kiya karte they, jaisa ke hadith me hai,

hz anas (ra) bayaan karte hain ke :-" nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) do chitkabre seengon waale mendhe qurbani karte they, apna paaon unki pahluon par rakhte aur apne dast mubarak se zibah karte "

ZIBAH KI DUA:

Zibah se pahle masnoon dua padhni chahiye, jaisa ke hadith me hai,

hz jaabir (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne qurbani ke din do seengon waale ablaq aur khassi dumbe zibah kiye, jab aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne unko qibla rukh lita diya toh ye dua padhi.................. Aur phir zibah kiya "

(mutawaffiq allaih )

KASSAAB KI UJRAT AUR CHAMDA:

Qassab (qasaai) ko ujrat me chamda (khaal ) ya ghost nahi dena chahiye, balke usko ujrat apne paas se deni chahiye, hadith me hai,

hz ali (ra) se marwi hai ke unhone farmaya mujhe nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne huqm diya ke main qurbanion ka ghosht aur unki khaalein aur jholen khairaat kar dun aur qassab ko usme se kuch na dun, farmaya:-" qassab ko mazdoori apne paas se dete they "

baaz logon me riwaz hai ke wah qurbani ki khaalein imam masjid ko de dete hain, ya bech kar paise masjid ko de dete hain,

baaz logon me riwaz hai ke wah qurbani ki khaalein imam masjid ko de dete hain, ya bech kar paise masjid ko de dete hain, qurbani ki khaalein na masjid me lagti hain. Aur na imam masjid ko uski khidmat ki sila me deni chahiye, haan ! Agar imam sahab ghareeb , ayaal daar aur haq daar hain, tab toh di ja sakti hain,

baaz jagah ye bhi riwaj hai ke qurbani ka jaanwar imam masjid se ya masjid ke khadim se ya madarsah ke talib e ilm se ya kisi aur ghareeb aadmi se zibah karwakar ghosht taiyyar kara ke usko khaal de dete hain, ye bhi durust nahi, unko unki mazdoori deni chahiye, aur phir haqdaar agar log hain tab unko khaal den Warna na den,

mukhtasar qassab jisne jaanwar zibah kiya hai koi bhi ho, usko ujrat me khaal aur ghosht nahin dena chahiye, khaalein ghareeb, miskeeno aur haqdaaron aur deeni madaaris ko deni chahiye,

ALLAH TAALA HAM SABKO SUNNAT KE MUTAABIK AMAL KARNE KI TAUFEEQ DE............AMEEN...

EID-UL-ADHA-- FAZAIL WA MASAIL: (PART-3)


MUBARAKBAAD:

Eid ki namaz ke baad jab aapas me ek dusre se milein toh mubarakbaad in alfaz ke saath den

" taqabbalaho wa minna wa minkum"

( majmua ul zawaid jild 2 pg 206)

RAASTA BADALNA:

Eid ki namaz se wapsi par raasta badal kar aana chahiye, ye sunnat hai, hadith me hai,

hz jabir (ra) bayan karte hain ke jab eid ka din hota toh nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh)  jab eidain ke din (eid ki namaz ke liye) nikalte toh wapsi par dusre raaste se aate

(tirmizi jild 1 pg 97)

isi tarah ek aur riwayat hai

hz ibn umar (ra) se riwayat hai ki nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ek raaste se gaye aur dusre raaste se waapas aaye

(abu dawood jild 1 pg 163, baiheqi jild 3 pg 309)

QAZA:

Agar kisi wajah se namaz mein shareek na ho saka aur eid ki namaz jamat na ada ho saki toh akele do rakat namaz padh  Leni chahiye

(bukhari jild 1 pg 134)

hz ata (rh) bayaan karte hain ke:-" jab kisi ki eid ki namaz jaati rahe  (toh wah eid ki namaz ki tarah ) do rakatein padh le "

is riwayat ke hashiye me allama abu muhammad abdul sattar muhaddis dehlawi farmate hain:-" isko imam zaryabi (rh) ne apni musannaf me  darj kiya hai, bab ke saath mutaabaqat zaahir hai,

baiheqi me hai ke hz anas (ra) se jab imam ke saath eid ki namaz faut ho jaati toh wah apne ghar walon ko jama karke eid ki namaz do rakat jamat se padh lete,,

isi par imam bukhari ka qaul hai aur yahi fatawa hai imam shafai aur imam malik ka "

EID AUR JUMAH:

Eid aur jumah jab ek din ikatthe aa jaate hain toh baaz jaahil e deen se na'waqif log badi fuzool baatein karte hain, wah isko muqaddas aur baas e rahmat samjhte hai, ye unki apne deeni masail se adam waqfiyat ki daleel hai,

jab eid aur jumah ikkatthe jama ho jaayen toh Uske mutaallik hadith me hai,

hz ayyash bin abi ramla shami (ra) riwayat karte hain ke main hz muawiya (ra) k paas aaya toh wah hz zaid bin arqam (ra) se poochte ke:-" kabhi ittefaaq se aisa bhi howa ke do eidain (eid aur jumah) ikatte aayen hon, aur tu nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke paas ho  "

toh hz zaid bin arqam ne kaha:-" haan!"

toh hz muawiya (ra) ne poocha:-" phir aapne kya kiya?"

NABI E AKRAM SALLALAHO ALAIHI WASALLAM (PBUH) KA 10 SAALA AMAL:

nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) madeena munawwara me 10 saal rahe, aap har saal qurbani kiya karte they,

hz ibn umar   (ra)  riwayat karte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne 10 saal madeena me qayam farmaya, aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) (har saal ) qur'bani karte

QURBANI KI TAAQEED:

allah taala taufeeq de toh qurbani zaroor karni chahiye aur uska ajar o sawab haasil karna chahiye, kitni badi khush naseebi hai ke har baal ke badle neki milegi, lekin kitna badnaseeb hai wah insan ke jo taaqat rakhne ke ba'wajood qur'bani nahi karta

QUR'BANI KE JANWAR AUR UNKI UMAR :

Qurbani , oonti, gaaye, bakri, aur bhedh(nar aur maada ki), ki jaati hai,

pahle 3 jaanwaron ka do daanta hona zaruri hai, agar  mazkoorah 3 jaanwar do daanta na mil saken toh bhedh, dumba, bhi qurbani kiya ja sakta hai, jaise ke hadith me hai,

hz jaabir (ra) se riwayat hai ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" zibah karo, qurbani me Jaanwar magar do daanta, albatta jab tumpar aisa jaanwar milna mushkil ho jaaye toh tum qurbani ke liya dumba ka jaz'a zibah kar lo "

(AYOOB) AIB:

qurbani ka jaanwar khoob mota taaza aur tandurust aur be'aib hona chahiye aur qurbani ke janwar me aisa aib na ho jiski wajah se unki qurbani durust na ho, hadith me hai,

hz bara bin ajib (ra) marfu bayan karte hain yani nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne irshad farmya:-" ye jaanwar qurbaan na kiye jaayen

1- langda jaanwar, jiska langdapan zaahir ho,

2- kaana, jiska kaanapan zaahir ho,

3- jiski bimari zaahir ho,

4- kamzor aur laaghar jiski haddiyon me gooda na ho,"

hz ali (ra) bayan karte hain, nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne hamen huqm diya Hai ke:-" ham (qurbani ke janwar ki, aankh aur kaan achhi tarah dekh len aur (ye janwar) qurban na karen

5- jiske kaan ooper ki taraf kate hue hon,

6- jiske kaan neeche ki taraf kate hue hon,

7- jiske kaan lambaai ki taraf chire hue ho,

8- jiske kaan me gol suraakh ho, "

hz ali (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne hamen mana kiya hai ke (ye janwar) qurbani karen

9- toote hue seengh waala

10- kate hue kaan waala "

ek aur riwayat me hai

nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne ( in janwaron ki qurbani karne se mana kiya hai )

11- jiska kaan ukhaad diya gaya ho, aur uska sooraakh baaqi ho,

12- jiska seengh jadh se nikal gaya ho,

13- jiski aankhon ki roshni khatm ho gayi ho,

14- itna kamzor ke rewad ke saath chalne ki bhi usme taqat na ho,

15- is qadr dubla ke haddiyon me gooda na ho, ya paaon toot jaane ki wajah se chal na sake,
ek riwayat me hai ke un jaanwaron ki bhi qurbani jayez nahi,

16- wah jaanwar jiske khujli ho,

17- wah jaanwar jiska than (breast) kata hua ho "

BAAD ME AIB KA PAIDA HONA:

qurbani ka janwar tandrust aur be'aib hona chahiye, baaz auqaat aise hota hai ke qurbani ka jaanwar khareedte waqt sahih tha, lekin baad me usme koi nuqs paida ho jaata hai, jabke qurbani ke liye khareedte waqt wah be'aib tha,

iske mutaalliq hadith me hai

hz abu saeed khudri (ra) bayan karte hain ke ham ne qurbani ke liye ek mendha khareeda, bhediya (deer) uske sureen aur kaan le gaya, hamne iske baare me nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se poocha,

nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne Farmaya:-" uski qurbani karo "

ye riwayat dhaef hai, iske elawa is riwayat ko baiheqi aur ahmad ne bhi riwayat kiya hai,

baaz ulema ka khayaal hai aur unhone isse istadlal kiya hai ke:-" takhshees ke baad agar nuqs paida ho jaaye toh koi harz nahin, "

lekin baaz ulema isse daleel pakadna durust nahi samjhte ke ye riwayat dhaeef hai,

isliye bahtar yahi hai ke jaanwar badal kar  be'aib tandarust khareed kar qurbani kiya jaaye,

haan itni gunjaish malum hoti hai ke :-" aadmi ghareeb hai aur jaanwar badalne ki taaqat nahi rakata toh wah qurbani kar le, kyonke na karne se bahtar hai "

EID-UL-ADHA-- FAZAIL WA MASAIL: (PART-2)

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ KA WAQT:

Hadith me hai

hz abdullah bin bisr (ra) jo ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke  sahabi they, wah logon ke saath (eidgaah ki taraf ) eid ul fitr ya eid ul adha ke din ( eid ki namaz ada karne ke liye ) nikle toh unhone na'pasand kiya, imam ke deir karne ko yani eid ki namaz der se padhne ko aur farmane lage:-" ham toh us waqt faarigh ho jaate they jab chaast ki namaz ka waqt hota "

(abu dawood jild 1 pg 161, miftah al hajah pg 94)

ek aur riwayat me is tarah hai

hz abi huwairis (ra) se riwayat hai ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne umar bin hazam ki taraf likha jabke wah (umar bin hazam) bahra me rahte they ke:-" eid ul adha jaldi aur eid ul fitr  zara deir se padha karen aur logon ko nasihat karen "

isliye eid ul adha, eid ul fitr ki ba'nisbat jaldi padhni chahiye,

EIDAIN ME AZAAN WA IQAMAT NAHI:

Eidain ki namaz ke liye azaan wa iqaamat nahi hai,

hz ibn abbas (ra) aur hz jabir bin abdullah (ra) riwayat karte hain ke:-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke  daur me eid ul fitr aur eid ul adha ke din ( eidain ki namaz ke liye ) azaan nahin ki jaati "

ek aur riwayat me hai

hz jabir bin samurrah (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" maine nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saath ek martaba nahin, do martaba nahin balke kai martaba eidain ki namazen beghair azaan wa iqaamat ke ada ki hain "

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ KE PAHLE WA BAAD NAFIL:

eidain ki namaz se pahle wa baad me nafil padhne ka waqt nahin milta jaisa ke hadith me hai,

hz ibn abbas (ra) se riwayat hai ke:-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) eidul fitr ke din  (namaz padhne ke liye ) nikle toh aapne (eid ki namaz) do rakatein padhi, unse pahle aur baad me koi (sunan wa nawafil) nahin padhe "

( bukhari, jild 1 pge 291, tohfatul ahwazi jild 3 pg 295, abu dawood 164, nisai jild 1 pg 235)

is riwayat me eid ul fitr ka tazkirah hai baaz riwayaton me muttallik lafz eid ka zikr hai, lekin muslim shareef me jo riwayat hai usme lafz adha wa fitr dono aaya hai,

" aap nikle eid ul adha ya eid ul fitr ke din "

aur isi tarah ek aur riwayat jismein dono eidon ka zikr hai,

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ KHUTBA SE PAHLE:

Eidain ki namaz khutbe se pahle padhni chahiye, jaise ke hadith me hai,
hz ibn umar (ra) bayaan karte hain ke :-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) aur hz abu bakr (ra) aur hz umar (ra) eidain ki namaz khutbe se pahle padha karte they "

( bukhari jild 1 pg 131, muslim jild 1 290, tohfa tul Ahwazi pg 374, nisaai jild 1 pg 233, baiheqi jild 3 pg 296, darimi jild 1 pg 314)

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ

Eidain ki namaz do do rakatein hain, yani eid ul fitr ki do aur eid ul adha ki do, jaise ki hadith me hai,

hz umar (ra) se riwayat hai bayan karte hain ke:-" eid ul adha ki namaz do rakatein hain aur eid ul fitr ki namaz do rakatein hain, aur musaafir ki namaz do rakatein hain aur jumah ki namaz do rakatein hain, ye sab namazein poori hain qaza nahin, nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke farmaan ke mutaabik "

imam baiheqi (rh) ne bhi bab baandh kar saabit kiya hai ke eid ki namaz do rakatein hain

(baiheqi jild 3 pg 295)

isi tarah kutub hadith me aksar riwayat se saabit hai ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne eid ki namaz do rakatein padhi hain, aur eid ki namaz ki un dono rakaton se pahle aur baad me koi sunan wa nawafil nahi padhi,

TAKBEERAAT NAMAZ E EID:

Pahli rakat me qir'at se pahle 7 takbeerein aur dusri rakat me qirat se qabl 5 takbeerein kahni chahiye,

hz qaisar bin abdullah apne baap ke waaste se apne dada se bayaan karte hain ke:-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne eidain ki namaz me pahli rakat me qir'at se pahle 7 takbeerein aur dusri rakat me qirat se pahle 5 takbeerein kahin "

(tohfatul ahwazi , miftah al hajah sharah ibne majah 92, baiheqi 276)

aur deegar sahaba kiram se bhi marwi hai

(abu dawood jild 1 pg 163, darimi jild 1 pg 315)

RAFUL'YADAIN:

"hz ibn umar (ra) janaza aur eidain ki tamam takbeeron ke saath rafulyadain kiya karte they, "

(mutawaffiq allaih )

iski sanad me ibn lahiya zaeff hain, aur takbeeraat eidain ke saath, rafulyadain ka mufassal bayan, fatawa ahle hadith jild 3 pg 403, ulema e hadith jild 4 pg 178-194 me bhi hai,

QIR'AT:

hz umar (ra) ne abu waqid laisi (ra) se Sawaal kiya ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) eid ul adha aur eid ul fitr ki namaz me (surah fatiha ke baad ) kiya padhte they?? Toh unhone kaha:-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) unme surah qaaf aur surah qamar padhte they",

aur ek riwayat me is tarah hai

hz noman bin baseer (ra) se riwayat hai ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne eidain aur jumah me " sabbi'hisma rabbikal aala " aur " hal ataaqa hadisul ghaashiya " padha karte they "

NAMAZ KE BAAD KHUTBA:

Khutba eid ki namaz ke baad padhna chahiye, jaise ki imam ul muhaddiseen imam bukhari (rh) ne apni sahih me bab baandh kar saabit kiya, hadith me hai,

hz ibn abbas (ra) bayaan karte hain ke main eid ki namaz ke waqt haazir hua, nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) aur hz abu bakr (ra) Aur hz umar (ra) aur hz usman (ra) ke saath, toh ye tamam eid ki namaz khutbe se pahle padha karte they

(bukhari jild 1 pg 131)

aur dusri riwayat imam marhoom ne pesh ki hai jo eidain ki namaz qabl az khutba me ghuzar chuki hai, aur inke elawa imam nisaai ne bhi bab baandh kar saabit kiya hai

hz abullah bin abbas (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" main haazir tha nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saath eid ki namaz me, nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne pahle namaz padhi phir khutba diya "

hz bara bin azib (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne  eid ul adha ke din namaz ke baad khutba padha "

MIMBER:

eid ke din eid ka khutba mimber par dena khilaaf e sunnat hai, hadith me hai,

hz tariq bin shihab(ra) riwayat karte hain ke marwan ne eid ke din mimber nikalwaya aur namaz se pahle khutba diya, ek shakhs ne khade hokar kaha ke :-" Marwan tumne sunnat ke khilaaf  kiya hai ke eid ke din mimber nikalwaaya, halaanke is din mimber nahin nikalwaya jaata tha, aur tumne namaz se pahle khutba diya,

abu saeed ne farmaya ke:-" usne apna farz ada kar diya, maine nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se suna. Aap farmate they:- agar koi buri baat dekhe aur use mita sake toh haath se mita de, agar na ho sake toh zabaan se roke, agar ye bhi na ho sake toh dil me bura samjhe, ye intehaai kamzor imaan hai "

isse ye saabit hua ke eidain ka khutba mimber par dena nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke khilaaf hai,

DO KHUTBE:

Iske mutaallik hadith me hai,

hz jabir (ra) bayaan karte hain ke :-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) eid ul fitr ya eid ul adha ke din nikle toh aapne (namaz ke baad ) khade hokar khutba diya, phir aap thodi deir baithe phir khade hue (yani Dusra khutba diya )"

ek aur riwayat nisaai jild 1 pa 233 md hai, aur iske elawa imam nisaai apni sunan jild 1 pg 235 me baab munaqid kiya hai,

hz jabir bin samurra (ra) se riwayat hai ke :-" maine nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ko dekha, aap khutba khade hokar dete, phir aap nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) baith jaate thodi si der, aur us baithne me qalaam nahi karte they, phir aap khade ho jaate they, phir dusra khutba padhte , agar koi tujhe kahe ke nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne khutba baith kar diya toh tu uski tasdeeq na kar "
aur usse aage aur ek bab me imam nisai ne bab baandha

hz jabir bin sammurra (ra) riwayat karte hain ke :-" nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) khutba khade hokar dete, phir baith jaate phir khade ho jaate, aur (qalaamullah) ki aayatein padhte, nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka khutba bhi darmiyaan na hota, aur aap nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki namaz bhi darmiyaani hoti "

agrchah mazkoorah aakhiri do riwayaton me matan me eid wagerah ka tazkirah nahin lekin imam sahab (rh) in riwayaton ko  " kitab salatul eidain " ke tahat bab me laaye hain, aur unke elawa eid ke do khutbon ke mutaallik fatawa ulema e hadith page 183, 188, 196 jild 4, me ulema e deen ke fatawe bhi maujood hain,

nez khateeb ko khutba ke waqt sunnat e nabwi ke mutabik haath me asaa le lena chahiye jis tarah abu dawood ki riwayat me kamaan ka dikr hai,

hz yazeed bin barra (ra) apne baap se riwayat karte hain ke:-" eid ke din nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ko kamaan di gayi, aapne uspar tekh de kar khutba diya "

ek aur riwayat me hai,

hz bara bin azib (ra) bayan karte hain ke :-" eid ul adha ke din ham eidgaah me  Baithe they, hamare paas nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) tashreef laaye, aap nabi e akram sallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne logon ko salaam kiya aur phir farmaya:-" aajkd din tumhara pahla kaam namaz hai, phir aap aage badhe, aapne (eid ki namaz ki ) do rakatein padhaayi, phir logon kh taraf muh kiya, phir aapko kamaan ya asaa (laathi ) di gayi, aapne us par tekh lagaayi, phir allah ki hamd o sana bayaan ki (khutba diya )"

EID-UL-ADHA-- FAZAIL WA MASAIL: (PART-1)

FAZAIL ASHRAH DHUL-HIJJAH:

Dhul-hijjah islami saal ka 12wa mahina hai, waise toh saara mahina khair o barkat wala hai, lekin iske pahle 10 dino Ko khususi sharf haasil hai jaise ke hadith shareef me hai

hz ibn abbas (ra) bayan karte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne irshad farmaya:-" ashrah dhul hijjah ke amaal e swaaleh allah taala ko jis qadr mahboob wa pasand hain, dusre dino ke aamal is qadr mahboob nahi,

sahaba kiram (ra) ne arz kiya:-" aiy allah ke rasool nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ! Dusre dino ka jihad bhi ?

Aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" dusre dino ka jihad bhi is qadr mahboob nahin, haan mujaahid apni jaan aur maal allah taala ke raaste me qur'ban karde toh aisa jihad afzal aur pasandeedah ho sakta hai "

TAKBEERAAT:

Dhul-hijjah ka chand dekhte hi takbiraat kahni shuru kar deni chahiye, chalte firte, uthte baithte takbeeraat kahte rahna chahiye jaise ke hadith me hai

hz abullah bin umar (ra) aur hz abu hurairah (ra), dhul hijjah ke pahle 10 dino me jab bazaar ki taraf tashreef le jaate toh (chalte firte ) takbeerein kahte aur log bhi unke saath takbeerein kahte "

TAKBEERAAT KE ALFAAZ:

"  allahu akbar, allahu akbar, la illaha illah, wallahu akbar wallahu akbar wallilahil hamd , allahu akbar allahu akbar allahu akbar kabeera "

ek aur riwayat me hai ke hz abdullah bin umar (ra) bayan karte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" dhul hijjah ke pahle 10 din allah taala ke nazdeek bahut hi azmat aur Buzurgi waale hain aur in dino ke nek aamaal allah ke nazdeek zyada mahboob hain ba'nisbat dusre dino ke pas tum in dino me kasrat se tahleel, takbeer aur tamheed kaho, yani takbeerein wagerah kasrat se padha karo "

HAJAAMAT:

Jis shakhs ki taraf se qurbani karni ho toh us shakhs ko chahiye ke wah ashrah dhul hijjah ke dauraan apni hajaamat na banwaaye,

dhul hijjah ka chand nazar aane se pahle apni hajaamat wagerah banwa sakta hai, kyonke qurbani karne wale ke mutaallik hadith me hai,

ummul momineen hz umme salma (ra) bayaan karti hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" jis shakhs ke paas qurbani ka jaanwar ho, aur wah usko qurbani ke din  qurbani ke liye zibah karna chaahta hai toh usko chahiye ke jab se dhul hijjah ka chand nazar aajaye toh wah apne baal aur naakhun wagerah na katwaaye (yani hajamat na karwaaye) yahan tak ke wah qur'bani kare "

jis shakhs me qurbani karne ki taaqat nahi toh usko bhi chahiye ke wah bhi ashrah dhul hijjah me hajaamat na banwaaye,

eid ke baad hajaamat banwaaye toh allah taala usko apni rahmat se qurbani ka sawab inaayat farma dega,

jaise ke hadith me hai,

jab ek aadmi ne nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se arz kiya ke mere paas qurbani ke liye toh koi jaanwar nahin, lekin mere paas ek doodh denewala jaanwar hai, (adam iste'taat ka izhaar kiya ), kya main uski qurbani kar lun ??

Toh nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" nahin ! Balke tu eid ki namaz ke baad apne baal aur naakhun aur moochhen katwa aur apne zer e naaf baal moondh le, bas allah taala ke nazdeek yahi teri poori qurbani hai "

lihaaza qurbani ki poori iste'taaat na Rakhne waalon ki tarah dhul hijjah ka chaand dekh kar hajaamat na karwaayen, eid ki namaz ke baad hajaamat karwaayen,

ARFAH KE DIN KA ROZA:

dhul hijjah ki 9wi taareekh ko roza rakhne ki bhi badi fazilat hai, jaise ke hadith me hai,

nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" mujhe ummeed hai arfah ke roze ke sawaab ki allah taala ek saal ghujashta aur ek saal aainda ke gunaah maaf kar dega "

EIDAIN KA ROZA:

Eidain ( eid ul fitr aur eid ul adha ) ka roza rakhna mana hai, isliye ke hadith me hai

hz abu saeed khudri (ra) riwayat karte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne:-" eid ul fitr aur eid ul adha ke din roza rakhne se mana kiya hai "

EIDAIN KE DIN KHAANA:

Eid ul fitr ki namaz padhne ke liye kuch kha pee kar jaana chaahiye, aur eid ul adha ke din eid ki namaz padhkar kuch khaana peena chahiye, jaisa ki hadith me hai

hz abdullah bin bareeda (ra) apne baap se riwayat karte hain, wah kahte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) :-" eid ul fitr ke din (eid ul fitr ki namaz padhne ke liye) nahin nikalte they yahan tak ki kuch khaa pee lete, aur eid ul adha ke din nahin khaate they, yahan tak ki eid ki namaz padh lete "

EIDGAAH KI TARAF PAIDAL JAANA:

Eidgaah ki taraf paidal jaana sunnat hai, jaise ke hadith me hai,

ibn umar (ra) bayaan karte hain ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) eidgaah ki taraf paidal chal kar jaate ( eid ki namaz padhne ke liye, eid ki namaz padhkar ) waapas aate they (iski sanad me abdul rahman bin Abdullah umri zaeef hai ) "

ek aur riwayat me is tarah hai,

hz ali (ra) farmate hain ke:-" ye sunnat hai ke eidgaah ki taraf paidal jaana chahiye aur ( eid ul fitr ki taraf ) jaane se pahle kuch kha pi lena chahiye "

sunnat yahi hai ke eidgaah ki taraf paidal chalkar jaaye aur waapas bhi paidal chalkar aayen,

haan ! Agar kamzor aur mareez hai, ya eidgaah door faasle par hai, itna chalne ki taaqat nahi toh phir sawaari par bhi aana jayez hai,

agarchah imam baiheqi ne abu dawood ke hawale se likha hai ke waapsi par sawaar ho kar aasakta hai

TAKBEERAAT:

Eidgaah ki taraf jaate waqt aur Waapas aate waqt  jahar se takbeeraat padhni chahiye, jaise ke marwi hai,

hz nafe (ra) riwayat karte hain , hz ibn umar (ra) se ke:-" ibn umar (ra) eid ul azha aur eid ul fitr ke din jab eidgah Ki taraf jaate toh buland awaaz se takbeerein kahte, yahan tak ke eidgaah me pahunch jaate phir eidgah me bhi pahunch kar takbeerein kahte, yahan tak ke imam sahab aajaate, eid ki namaz padhaane ke liye "

is baare me aur bhi riwayat daare kutni (kitabul eidain ) jild 12, baiheqi ( bab takbeer ) jild 3 pg 278, me mazkoor hai,

lekin un riwayat ki sanad haisiyat kawi nahin,

haan ! Aurtein raaste me buland aawaz se takbeeraat na kahen, balke wah apne munh me aahista aahista  posheedah sirri aawaz se padhen.....

AURTON KO EIDGAH ME LE JAANA:

Aurton ka mardon ke saath eidgah me jana sunnat hai,

hz umme atiya (ra) bayan karti hai ke nabi e akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne hamen is baat ka huqm diya hai ke :-" ham apni naujawaan aur haiz waali aur pardah naseeh khwaateen ko eid ul fitr aur eid ul adha ke mauqe par eidgaah ki taraf le jaayen (taake wah eid ki namaz ada karen ) aur musalmano ki duaon aur bhalaai me shareek hon,"

haan haiz wali aurtein namaz se alaiheda (alag) rahen,

hz umme atiya (ra) kahti hain ke maine arz kiya:-" aiy allah ke rasool ! Kisi ke paas chadar nahin hoti ?"

aap nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh)  ne farmaya:-" uski ( musalman saheli, padosi ) bahem usko apni chadar pahna de "

EIDAIN KI NAMAZ MAIDAN ME:

Hz ali (ra) farmate hain ke:-" eidain ki namaz sahra aur maidaan me padhna sunnat hai "

Kisi gharz ki wajah se eidain ki namaz masjid me bhi padhi ja sakti hai
