GHAR WALY PERDAH NA LAINY DEN TO............
Question :
Mai aik preshan haal nojawan larki hoon. estraki nazriyat sy mutasrah aik family mai rehti hoon. mujhy perdah kerny ki padash mai in ki taraf sy sakhtiyo aur tanz-o-estahza ka samana kerna para jo k barhty barhty maar peet tak pohanch gaya. in logo ny mujhy ghar sy bahir jany sy bhi rok dia. akhir kaar mai perdah chorny aur chehra khula rakhny per majbor hugae. aisy halaat mai mujhy kia kerna chaheye, ghar choron to insan numa darindey bohat ziadah hain, akhir kia karon?
Answer :
yeh sawal do maslon per mushtamil hai. pehla masla hai larki k khawand walon ka larki sy salook! yh bad tareeen salook aisy logo ki taraf sy rawa rakha ja raha hai jo ya to haq sy jahil hain ya yakser mutakbbir aur inkari. yh aik wehshiyany tarz amal hai jis ka inhain koi haq nahi, is liye perdah na to koi aib hai aur na hi be adbi. her insan sharai hadod k ander rehty huway azaad hai. agar woh log is baat sy agah nahi k orat per perdah kerna wajib hai aur agar woh log is amar sy agaah huny k bawajod qabool haq sy mutakabbir hain to yh musibet pehli sy bhi marvi hai, jaisa k shaeer ny kaha hai:
"Agar tujhy ilm nahi to yh aik musibet hai aur agar tujhy ilm hai to yh is sy bhi bari musibet hai."
Baki raha dosra to woh is nojawan larki sy muta'aliq hai. hum issy kehna chahe gey k maqdor bhar Allah sy darti rahy. agar woh perdah kary gi to shayed is k ghar waly isko maren aur zaberdasti perdah uterwa den to es sorat mai woh gunaahgaar nahi hogi. Allah Ta'ala ka farman hai:
"Jo shakhs apny emaan k bad Allah sy kuffer kary siwaye is sorat k ky is per zaberdasti ki jaye is haal mai k is ka dil emaan per mutmain hu lekin jo koi khuly dil sy kufer kery to aisy logo per Allah ka gazab hoga aur in k liye bohat bara azaab hoga."
Al nahal 16:106.
Naiz farmaya:
"tum sy bhool chok mai jo kuch hu jaye is (k bary ) mai tum per koi girreft nahi hai lekin jis ka tum dil sy iradah karo (es per gireft zaror hai.)"
Al ehzab 33:5.
lehaza app baqadar estetat Allah Ta'ala sy darti rahain. agar saila k ghar waly perday ki hikmat sy agaah nahi hain to hum inhain batana chahe gey k Allah aur is k Rasool (S.A.W) k hukam ki etba'a kerna momin ki zamaidari hai, woh is ki hikmat sy agaah hu ya na hu. etat bazat-e-khud aik hikmat hai. IRshad Bari Ta'ala hai:
"Aur kisi musalman mard-o-orat ko Allah aur is k Rasool k faisley k baad apny kisi amar ka koi ikhteyaar baki nahi rehta. yaad rakhu Allah Ta'ala aur is k Rasool ki jo bhi nafarmani kery to woh sureeh gumrahi mai paryga."
Al ehzaab 33:36.
Ayesha SAddiqa R.A. sy jab deryaft kia gaya k haiza orat rozo ko qaza to daiti hai jab k namazo ki qaza nahi daiti, is ki kia wajah hai ? to is per inhuny jawab dia: humain Rasool Allah (S.A.W) k zamany mai haiz aata tha to humain rozo ki qaza ka hukam dia jata tha, jab k namazo ki qaza ka hukam nahi dia jata tha to goya Hazrat Ayesha R.A ny mehaz etat ko hikmat qarar dia.
sahi muslim' hadis: (69)-335.
perday ki hikmat to bilkul wazeh hai, is k gair mardo k samny orat ka apny muhasan ko zahir kerna baees fitna hai. fitna waqou pazeer hoga to gunaah aur behayai ka dour doura hoga. aur jab aisi cheezain aam houngi to issi ka naam halakat-o-berbadi hai.
