translation: hz abdullah ibn umar se riwayat kai ki " rasoollullah sallallahu allaihi wasallam jab namaaz shuru karte to rafulyadain karte aur jab rukoo ke liye takbeer kahte to rafulyadain karke " samiallah limam hamida aur rabbana lakal hamd kahte....

Imam muhammad ne huzoor(saw) ki sahi hadith ko aapki kitaab me laker maan liya ki rafulyadain sunnat hai....

Riwayaton ke jyadati ki wajah se (teen maukon paq saabit rafulyadain) mutawaatir hadith ke jaise hain. Is masle me 400 hadithsen aur aasaar ye hain. Ashrah mubashra sahaba( jinhe huzoor ne unki jindgi me jannati kaha) ne inko riwayat kiya hai. Nabi (SAW) isi tarah namaaz padhte rahe, yahan ki is duniya se rukhsat ho gaye. Iske siwa kuch saabit nahi....

NIYYAT:
Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Aamaal ka daar-o-madaar niyyato par hai.

Niyyat dil ke iraade ko kehte hai, zuban se kalimat kehna Biddat hai.

QIYAAM:
Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Khade ho kar namaz adaa karo, taaqhat na ho toh baith kar, agar baith kar adaa karne ki bhi taaqhat na ho, toh leat kar namaz adaa karo.

TAKBIR-E-AULA:
Qible ki jaanib muh kar ke Allahu Akbar kehte huye Rafayadein karein, yani dono haato ko kandho tak uthaye.

Abdullah ibn umar(ra) kehte hai ke Mai ne Aap(saw) ko dekha ke Aap(saw) ne namaz ki pehli takbir kahi aur Apne dono haato ko kandho tak uthaya.

Rasul(saw) haato ko uthaa te waqat ungliyan khuli rakhte, ungliyon ke darmiyan na zyada faasla karte aur na ungliyan mila te.

Rafayadein karte waqat haato se kaano ko choo ne ki koi daleel nahi hai. Haat utha ne ke maqaam me mard ho ya aurat, dono barabar hai. Aisi koi Sahi Hadees nahi hai ke jis me aurat kandho tak aur mard kaano tak haath uthaye.

Namaz ke liye rakat baandte waqat ungliyon se kaano ko pakadna ya ungliyan kaano se lagana Sunnat ke Qilaaf hai.

"SEENE PAR HAATH BAANDNA"

Wayil ibn Hajar(ra) kehte hai: Mai ne Aap(saw) ke saath namaz padi toh Aap(saw) ne Apna daaya haat ko baaye haat par rakh kar SEENE par baand liya.

Tawooz(ra) kehte hai: Aap(saw) Apna daaya haat ko baaye haat par rakhte aur phir unko mazbooti se Apne SEENE par baand lete.

Halaba(ra) farmate hai: Mai ne Aap(saw) ko (Namaz me) SEENE par haat rakhe huye dekha.

Aap(saw) ne namaz me Qiyam ke waqat kamar par haat rakh ne se manaa farmaya hai.

is Muslim Shariff ki hadees se maloom hua ke naaf par ya naaf ke niche haat baandna bhi manaa hai. Namaz me kamar ki jagah, aage ya piche haato ko rakhna ya baandna jayaz nahi hai. Pet par haat baandna bhi jayaz nahi.

"AURAT AUR MARD KI NAMAZ ME KOI FARAQ NAHI"

Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Tum usi tarah se Namaz pado, jis tarah Mujhe Namaz adaa karte huye dekhte ho.

Yani hu-ba-hu Mere tarikhe ke mutaliq sab auratein aur sab mard namaz padhein. Phir apni taraf se ye hukm lagana ke aurat seene par haat aur mard naaf ke neeche baandhein, ye Deen me mudaqilat hai.

Yaad rakhein ke Takbir-e-Aula se Salam tak, Aurat aur Mard ke liye ek hi tarah ki namaz hai. Sab ka Qiyam, Ruku, Sajda, Jalsa, har maqaam par padne ki duayein eksa hai. Aap(saw) ne Aurat aur Mard ki namaz ke tarikhe me koi faraq nahi bataya.

Anas(ra) riwayat karte hai: Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Namaz me har shakhs apni saffein seedhi rakhe aur darmiyan me shaitan ke liye jagah na chhode.
Anas(ra) kehte hai: Hum me se har shakhs Namaz ki saf me apna kandha, apne saathi ke kandhe se aur apna Qadam, uske Qadam se mila deta tha.

Saffon ka durust hona Namaz ka mukammal hone ke liye zaruri hai. Kandho se kandha aur ek doosre ke pair se pair milana Wajib hai.

Arabi ka ILZAAQ lafz hadees me aaya hai, jiska maana ye hai ke patti baand dena, kisi 2 cheezon ko Mazbuti se baand dene ko ILZAAQ kehte hai. Yani namaz me Sahaba ke kandhe aur Qadam aise ek doosre se mile huye hote ke kisi cheez se un dono Sahabiyon ke kandho aur pairo ko mazbuti se baand diya gaya ho.

Rasul(saw) ne farmaya: Jab tum namaz ke liye jaao, toh jis halat me imaam ko paao, usi halat me tum bhi ho jaao.

"RAFAYADEIN"

Rafayadein kehte hai ke dono haato ko kandho ke barabar uthana, ye namaz me 4-jagah Sunnat se sabit hai:

1. Namaz ke shuru me, takbir-e-tehrim -a ke waqat.
2. Ruku se pehle.
3. Ruku ke baad.
4. Teesri(3) rakat ki ibtada me.

Rafayadein na karna kisi bhi SAHI HADEES se sabit nahi hai.

Abdullah ibn Zubair(ra) farmate hai ke Mai ne Abu Bakr(ra) ke piche Namaz padi, wo Namaz ke shuru me, ruku se pehle aur ruku se sar uthaa te toh Apne dono haato ko kandho tak uthaa te aur kehte ke Rasulullah(saw) -bhi Namaz ke shuru me, ruku se pehle aur ruku se sar uthaa ne ke baad isi tarah rafayadein karte te.

Malik ibn Huwairis(ra) Namaz ke shuru me (jab takbir kehte toh haato ko uthaa te), jab ruku karte toh aur ruku se jab sar uthaa te toh Rafayadein karte (yani haato ko kandho tak uthana) aur farmate ke Rasulullah(saw) -bhi isi tarah kiya karte te.

Aur bhi bahoot saare Sahaba(ra) se SAHI SANAD ke saath sabit hai. Ruku se pehle aur Ruku ke baad Rafayadein yani dono haato ko NAA uthana, kisi bhi SAHI HADEES se sabit nahi hai.

Toh maloom hua ke Rafayadein karna wajib hai.

Rasul(saw) jab ruku ke liye takbir kehte, Allahu Akbar kehte huye Apne haato ko kandho ke barabar utha te, rafayadein karte, phir ruku me jaate aur jab ruku se sar utha te toh tab bhi haato ko kandho ke bararbar utha te, phir sajde me jaate.

Aap(saw) sajdo ke darmiyan haato ko kandho ke barabar na uthate te.

Jis bhai ko yaqheen na aaye, wo ja kar SAHIH BUKHARI, HADEES ki kitaab uthaa kar pad sakta hai, ye Allah ke Nabi ki hadees hai, kisi molvi-mullah ki baat nahi, kisi peer-shaikh ki baat nahi. Ye uski baat hai, jiska naam MOHAMMAD(SAW) hai.

Pehli rakat ke baad Aap(saw) jab Qiyam ke liye khade hote toh Aap(saw) haato ko kandho ke barabar na utha te.

3 ya 4 rakat ki namaz me doosri rakat ki tashahud se jab teesri(3) rakat ke liye khade hote toh Aap(saw) haato ko kandho ke barabar utha te.

Sahl ibn Saad(ra) farmate hai ke logo ko ye hukm diya jaata tha ke Namaz me har aadmi apna daaya haat ko apne baaye haat par rakhein.
Abu Hazim(ra) kehte hai: Mujhe pata hai ke ye hukm Aap(saw) ka tha.

Daaya haat ko baaye haat par rakh ne se ye khud-ba-khud seene(chest) par aata hai.

Abdullah ibn umar(ra) jab kisi aadmi ko namaz padte huye dekhte aur wo Rafayadein, yani dono haato ko ruku se pehle aur ruku ke baad kandho tak na uthata, toh Abdullah ibn Umar(ra) us namazi ko kankariyan(ston -es) maara karte, yahan tak ke wo Rafayadein karta.

Namaz me seene par haat baand ne ki hadees Marfu aur Qhavi, yani sahi aur taqatwar hai.

Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Jab tum sajde me jaao toh Oont(Camel) ki tarah na baitho (balki pehle haat rakho, phir ghut'ne rakho).

Ruku se sar utha ne ke baad, phir todhi dher tak khade hone ke baad, jab sajde ke liye jayein toh apne ghutno ko zameen par na rakhein, balki sab se pehle apne haato ki haateliyon ko rakhein, ye hadees mard aur aurat, dono ke liye hai.

Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Allah ne Mujhe hukm diya hai ke Mai 7 hadiyon par sajda karun aur Apne kapde aur baal na sametun.

7 hadiyan ye hai:

*Peshani aur naak ko mila kar ek haddi huyi
*Dono haato ki haateliyon ko mila kar 3 hadiyan huyi.
*2 ghutno ko mila kar 5 hadiyan huyi
*2 pairo ki ungliyon ko mila kar 7 hadiyan huyi.

Aisha(ra) farmati hai: Mai ne Aap(saw) ko raat me bistar se ghoom paaya, Mai unko talash karne lagi toh Mera haat Aap ke Qadmo ke andar wale hisse par laga aur Aap sajde ki halat me te, Aap ke Pair khade te, yediyan mili huyi thi aur Aap ne pairo ki ungliyon ko Qibla rookh kiya hua tha.

Sajde me pairo ki ungliyon ko Qible ki taraf modna chahiye aur apne dono pairo ke yediyon ko ek doosre se milana chahiye aur apne kapdo ko modna nahi chahiye aur apni daadhi ya sar ke baalo se khelna nahi chahiye, Allah ne Aap(saw) ko aisa karne se manaa kiya hai.

Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Sajde me seedhe raho aur koi shakhs apni kohniyon ko kutte ki tarah zameen par na rakhe.

Abu Humaid Saadi(ra) kehte hai ke jab Nabi(saw) sajda karte toh haat zameen par rakhte aur bazoo na zameen par bicha te aur na samet kar pehalu se laga te.

Baaz log sajde me simat jaate hai aur apni kohniyon ko zameen par rakh dete hai, aisa karna Haram hai. Sajde me bilkul seedha rehna chahiye, apne haato ko apne jism se door rakhna chahiye aur apni kohniyon ko zameen se upar rakhna chahiye.

Ye hukm Aurato ke liye bhi hai, baaz Auratein sajde me apne kohniyon ko zameen par rakh deti hai aur apne pet ke saath zameen par simat jaati hai, ek pair ko mod kar, zameen par bicha deti hai, aisa karna Haram hai.

Rasul(saw) 2 sajdo ke darmiyan jab jalsa me baith te toh Apna daaya haat ki mutthi banaa te, phir Apni shahadat ki ungli ko khada karte, ungli ko qible ki taraf ishara karte.

Rasul(saw) jab bhi Qaida (yani jalsa aur tashahud) me baith te toh Apni Shahadat ki ungli ko khada karte, ungli ko Qible ki taraf ishara karte.

Rasul(saw) 2 sajdo ke darmiyan, jab jalsa me baith te toh ye dua 2 baar padte:"Rabbighf -ir lee, Rabbighfir lee."

Aap(saw) jalsa me ye dua bhi pada karte te:"Allahumma-m -agh fir lee, war hamni, wahdini, wajburni, wa aafini, war zuqni, war faa'ni.
Aye Allah! Mujhe maaf karde aur mujh par reham farma aur mujhe hidayat aur meri wakalat farma aur meri hifazat kar aur mujhe rozi ataa kar aur mujhe buland kar.

Aap(saw) jab tashahud me Atahiyat, Darood, Dua wagera padne baith te toh Apne daaye haat ki mutthi banaa te, phir Apni shahadat ki ungli ko khada karte, usko thoda mod kar, halka sa ungli ko hi ki ungli par hona chahiye, ya nigah saj laa te, salaam pher ne tak ungli ko harkat dete te, nigah ungli par hoti.

Aap(saw) jab bhi (tashahud ya jalsa) me baith te, toh Apni Shahadat ki ungli ko khada karte.

Yahan dono cheezein jayaz hai, yani ungli ko salaam pher ne tak hilana ya salaam pher ne tak sirf khada karna, aankhon ki nigah shahadat de ki taraf rakhna bhi hadees se sabit hai. Lekin jalsa (do sajdo ke darmiyan) me sirf ungli ko khada karna chahiye.

Aap(saw) jab tashahud me ungli ko hilaa te, toh farmate ke ye ungli ko hilana yaqeenan shaitan ko maarna hai aur shaitan ko ye lohey(iron) ki salaaq se bhi bahoot zyada mehsoos hota hai.

Abu Humaid Saadi(ra) kehte hai: Aap(saw) jab doosri rakat me tashahud ke liye bait te toh baaya pair bicha kar us par bait te aur daaya pair khada karte aur jab akhri rakat ki tashahud me bait te toh daaye pair ko khada karte aur baaye pair ko (daaye pair ki pindli ke niche se) bahar nikalte aur zameen par bait jaate.

kar ke 2. Aap(saw) jab bhi tashahud me bait te toh dono pairo ko seedha khada kar ke aur unko jod kar, ungliyon ko Qible ki taraf mod kar, phir Apne kundiyon ko dono pairo par rakhte.

Jab aap 3 ya 4 rakat ki namaz me doosri rakat ki tashahud me bait te toh apna baaya pair ko zameen par mod kar phir us pair par bait jaye aur jab namaz ki akhri tashahud me bait te toh apna baaya pair ko andar karein, phir apni kundiyon ke saath zameen par baithein aur daaya pair ko khada karein.

Sa.murah ibn Jundab(ra) farmate hai: Aap(saw) namaz ko Qatam karne ke baad hamari taraf Apna chehara karte.

Juma ki farz namaz ke baad agar Masjid me sunnat padna hai toh 4 rakat sunnat padna chahiye aur agar ghar jakar padna hai toh 2 rakat sunnat adaa karna hoga.

Farz namaz pada ne ke baad, salam pher te hi imaam ko chahiye ke wo muqtadiyon ki taraf chehara baithe, na ke Qibla ya daaye ya baaye taraf, aisa karna Sunnat ke Qilaaf hai.
