Hadis ki rou sy soug manany wali orat per chand amoor ka eltazam kerna zarori hai:
1: Jis ghar orat ka khawand fout huwa, eddat khatam huny tak woh issi ghar mai muqem rahygi. eddat ki mudat 4 maah 10 din hai.
Irshad Bari Ta'ala hai:
"tum mai sy jo log fout hujaye aur biviyan chor jayen woh ortain apny app ka 4 maheeny aur 10 din edat mai rakhen."
Al BAkra 2: 234.
Orat k hamla huny ki sorat mai iski eddat wazeh hamal hai. wazeh hamal k sath hi orat ki eddat khatam hujayegi.
Daimi Fatwa cammettie cammettie ny aik fatway mai mazeed wazahet ki hai k bewah k hamla huny ki sorat mai iski eddat sirf wazeh hamal hi hogi 4 maah 10 din nahi hogi (wazeh hamal khuwah jild hujaye ya badeer.)

2: orat eddat k ayaam mai khoubsorat libaas zaib tan kerny sy perhaiz kery, woh bharkeela zard ya sabaz rang ka libaas na pehny balky issy sadah libass istemal kerna chaheye agarcha woh siyaah hu ya sabaz wagaira, maqsad yh hai k kaprey khousorat nahi huny chaheye, Nabi (S.A.W) ka yahi farman hai.
Hazrat Umme Atiya R.A. sy ravayat hai k Rasool Allah (S.A.W) ny irshad farmaya:
"koi orat khawand k siwa kisi maiyet per 3 din sy zaid soug na manaye, khawand ki wafat per 4 maheeny 10 din tak soug manaye, is doran rangdar (shoukh-o-bharkely) kaprey na pehny, Siwaye langote k, na surma lagaye, na khushbo istemal kery, haan haiz sy farig huny per (sharam gaah per) khushbu istemal ker sakti hai."

3: Orat eddat k doran mai sonu, chandi, heeron aur motiyo k zaiwrat pehan'ny sy ejtanab kery, aisy zaiwrat haar ki sorat mai houn, kangan ki sorat mai ya angothi wagaira ki sorat mai (sab mamno hain.)

5: Surma lagany sy ejtanab kerna, orat doran eddat surma bhi nahi laga sakti, chehrey k makeup k liye istemal huny wala saman, jo k mardo k liye baees fitna hu, bhi surmey ka hukam rakhata hai, lehaza makeup kerny sy bhi perhaiz kery, Albatta aam istemal wali ashiya, Maslan: pani aur sabun wagaira k istemal mai koi harj nahi. lekin woh surma jo ankhu ko khubsorat bana daita hai aur dosri aisi cheezain jo baaz khawateen apni chehrey k hussan k liye istemal kerti hain, yh sab najaiz hai.
