Bap kadarja zyada hai ya shohar ka

Jawab:
QURAN aur AHADITH par nigah dalne se ye pata chalta hai k ek aurat ke liye uss ke shohar ka haq ziyada hai, uss ke baap ke muqabale mein.

Yaqeenan ek aurat ke liye martabe ke lihaz se uss ke shohar ka darja hi bada hai.
Ab iss darje ko kisi se compare yani muazana na kiya jaye.
Har ek ka apna apna haq hai.
Lakin jahaan takk shukra guzari aur farmabardari ka sawal hai, iss ka ziyada haqdaar shohar hi hai.

Iss ke kayi dalail maujood hain, jinn mein se kuch, main yahaan pesh karta hoon,

1. Sunan Tirmizi ki hadith iss tarah hai,
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِرًا أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لِأَحَدٍ لَأَمَرْتُ المَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا»

Tarjuma:
Abu Huraira r.a. se riwayat hai,
Nabi s.a.w. ne farmaya,
Agar main (ALLAH ke alawa) kisi dusre ko sajad-e-ta’azeemi karne ka hukum deta to biwi ko hukum deta keh wo apne shohar ko sajadah kare.
(Sunan Tirmizi : 1159)

Iss hadith se maloom huwa keh
1. Shohar ka darja maa baap ke muqabale mein bada hai
2. Sajada-e-ta’azeemi bhi islam mein jayz nahee, kyunki agar iss ki ijazat hoti to biwi ko apne shohar ke liye hoti.
3. Sajad-e-ta’azeemi kisi bhi makhlooq ke liye jayaz nahee, chahe wo koi peer, faqeer, walee, shaheed, nabi ya farishta hi kyun ho.
3. Shohar, hukum ke eatebaar se aurat ke liye hakim hai.

Issi tarah ek khatoon ke liye, shadi se pehle uss ke maa baap uss ki jannat ke husool ka zariya bann sakte hain,
magar shadi ke baad, uss ka shohar hi uss ki jannat hai ya uss ki jahannam.

Jaisa keh hadith mein aata hai,
أَنَّ حُصَيْنَ بْنَ مِحْصَنٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَمَّتَهُ ” دَخَلَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ، فَقَالَ: ذَاتُ زَوْجٍ أَنْتَ؟ قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: كَيْفَ أَنْتِ لَهُ؟ قَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا آلُوَهُ إِلَّا مَا عَجَزْتُ. فَقَالَ: انْظُرِي كَيْفَ أَنْتِ لَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ جَنَّتُكِ وَنَارُكِ ”

Tarjuma:
Husain bin Mihsan r.a. se riwayat hai, unhaun ne kaha keh,
Muzh se meri phoophi ne iss tarah bayan kiya keh, meri phoophi kehti hain,
ek martaba main kisi kaam se rasoolullah s.a.w. ki khidmat mein hazir huwi.
To aap s.a.w. ne inn se poocha,
Ye kaun aurat aayi hai (tere saath)? Kya ye shohar wali hai?
Maine arz kiya, ji haan.
Phir aap ne muzh se poocha,
Tera apne shohar ke saath kaisa rawayya hai?
Maine kaha,
Main ne kabhi uss ki ita’at aur khidmat karne mein koi kasar nahee chori siwaye uss cheez ke jo mere bas mein na ho.
Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya,
Achcha (ye to tumhara nazriya hai), ye to batao, uss ki nazar mein tum kaisi ho?
…Khair, sunn lo,
Beshak tumhara shohar tumhari jannat aur jahannam hai.

Iss haidth ke qabil-e-gaur tukada ye hai, َإِنَّمَا هُوَ جَنَّتُكِ وَنَارُكِ yani Beshak tumhara shohar tumhari jannat aur jahannam hai.
